This unit has shaftless design and powered lift of material. Powered material by means of either AC or DC motors is controlled by a dancer. The unit will pay out woven wire, stamped steel, or solid steel material simply by a change of tooling. The tooling is quick and easy to change; taking 5 minutes or less to complete. The unit shown is end to end. We do offer a side by side unit to conserve extrusion line length. The loading of one side while material is being run allows for quick spool changes during the run. The capacity is 2000 lbs. per spool, with a maximum of 4000 lbs. Spool size up to 24" wide and 60" in diameter. Floor footprint without spool is 5 feet by 8 feet. The dancer is not shown.
