Gear Washer
This application required parts to be loaded into a fixture and indexed through the washer. Each time the conveyor stops, probes rise from below and spray inside the center bore a programmable number of times and then fully retract. At the same time, side nozzles rotate around the part 360 degrees to fully clean each face.
Inline Cleaning Systems
Our washers minimize energy and water consumption by using a closed-loop wash system and electric immersion heaters. When appropriate we reuse rinse water in the wash zone to further reduce water consumption.
