Pass-through Conveyor Parts Washer
- Conveyor width. Common widths include 4”, 8”, 12”, 16”, 24”, 30”, 36” etc. but any width is possible.
- Conveyor type. 1” x 1” stainless steel mesh is standard, but other metal and plastic mesh types are common, as well as powered rollers or chain conveyors with fixtures.
- Extended infeed / outfeed conveyors
- Zone length / number of zones
- Spray Pressure
- Additional zones such as “halo” rinse with DI water, spray coatings, cooling zones, etc.
- Heated Spray or Dry. Electric immersion is standard but we also offer immersion gas burners and steam heat systems.
- Controls. Smart relay with push buttons, or PLC based systems with touchscreens. Allen Bradley is our standard but we also use Siemens and other brands depending on your needs.

Pass-through Conveyor Parts Washer
Pass-through conveyor parts washers are used for high-volume cleaning applications where parts are carried by conveyor through spray zones to remove contamination such as metal chips, dirt, or oils. Rinse and Dry stages may follow the wash stage depending on process requirements.

Inline Cleaning Systems
Our washers minimize energy and water consumption by using a closed-loop wash system and electric immersion heaters. When appropriate we reuse rinse water in the wash zone to further reduce water consumption.
