Slanted Roller Conveyor
This washer was designed to fully clean and dry the entire outside diameter of ground cylinders. The parts enter the washer horizontally, and must be carried through the washer without changing orientation. The conveyor includes a variable tilt adjustment to keep the cylinders justified along one side of the conveyor so that nozzles can be directed inside the bores of parts with different diameters and lengths.
Inline Cleaning Systems
Our washers minimize energy and water consumption by using a closed-loop wash system and electric immersion heaters. When appropriate we reuse rinse water in the wash zone to further reduce water consumption.
