Seed Box Washer
Inline Cleaning specialises in washers designed for cleaning Buckhorn CenterFlow and Orbis/SeedBox GEN250 seed boxes used for transporting and applying seed.
Seed boxes are often heavily soiled when returned from the field and must be thoroughly cleaned before being refilled with new seed.
Our seed box washers automatically position each box into the wash area and rotate it 360 degrees to ensure a complete clean and blow-off.
Rotation speed, as well as the number and direction of rotations, can be fully programmed — allowing for efficient, thorough cleaning in the shortest possible time.
Options include:
- Heated Wash Systems
Uses electric heaters or gas burners to heat the wash solution, delivering a cleaner finish and assisting with faster drying. - Internal & External Washing Options
Boxes can be washed internally to remove chemical residues, or with the lid closed so only the exterior is cleaned. - Top Blow-Off Feature
Removes excess water when washing with the lid on, improving drying efficiency. - Automated Nesting & De-Nesting
Systems can automatically nest or de-nest boxes based on their condition. Options include offline systems as well as fully automated inline stacking before and after washing. - Multi-Zone Wash & Drying
Configurable wash and drying zones increase throughput and operational efficiency. - Continuous Tunnel Systems
Includes high-capacity tunnel washers, with options for trailer-mounted mobile systems.
Inline Cleaning Systems
Our washers minimize energy and water consumption by using a closed-loop wash system and electric immersion heaters. When appropriate we reuse rinse water in the wash zone to further reduce water consumption.
