Tube Washer
This washer washes and dries the inside bore of long hydraulic cylinders. The system handles a variety of diameters, and also automatically detects the cylinder length. Once the cylinder is loaded, the washer feeds a custom nozzle and hose assembly through the entire length of the cylinder using powered pinch rollers. After washing up and back, the same nozzle is used to dry the entire length before completing the cycle.
Inline Cleaning Systems
Our washers minimize energy and water consumption by using a closed-loop wash system and electric immersion heaters. When appropriate we reuse rinse water in the wash zone to further reduce water consumption.
